Infosemantics Wins EBS R12 Upgrade for the US Air Force Services (AFSVA), Lackland/San Antonio, TX

USAF-Logo  This month, Infosemantics, Inc. kicked off an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Release 11i > 12.2.5 Upgrade for the US Air Force Services (AFSVA), led out of Lackland/Joint Base San Antonio. ASFVA serves 110 Air Force bases worldwide, including support services for airmen and women and their families. Using EBS, AFSVA provides Financial Services for all base services, and Oracle Payroll serves over 30,000 employees and retirees on an annual basis.

AFSVA’s project awards Infosemantics key project leadership tasks: Project Management, Change Management, Functional and Technical Leadership across work streams, including technical remediation for 30+ bi-directional interfaces, an upgrade of AFSVA’s extensive reporting environment to Oracle’s next generation toolset, remediation of all existing customizations and personalizations (WRICEP elements), implementation of Oracle’s Sub-Ledger Accounting engine (SLA), implementation of Single Sign On functionality, and training content development using UPK across the following modules: General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Purchasing, Inventory, Human Resource Management System (HRMS), Payroll, Self Service HR, Oracle Time and Labor, and Advanced Benefits.

Infosemantics, Inc. was awarded this effort after an exhaustive and highly competitive evaluation period that began in April 2015.
